Academic Success

This elective offers a practical, hands-on approach to improving study habits and fostering academic success, with a universal design that emphasizes direct application to other classes. Students are encouraged to adapt the content sequence to better support their individual academic needs. The course focuses on enhancing time management, learning awareness, and the research paper writing process, preparing students to meet evolving academic needs throughout their lives.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to explore and adapt study habits, including identifying strengths and weaknesses and experimenting with improvements in study conditions and note-taking. They will also be able to manage their time effectively, balance social and academic life, master the research paper writing process, and develop strategies for overcoming academic obstacles.
