Legal Environment of Business
This course is a comprehensive program that serves as either an intermediate or capstone experience in Career and Technical Education, delving into the profound influence of law on all facets of business ownership and management. Students will cultivate a robust understanding of legal ethics, court procedures, and foundational business law. The curriculum explores contracts, consumer law, property, employment, environmental, and international law, providing students with transferable skills applicable to virtually any professional setting.
