Physical Education

This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate a fit and healthy body. Students will learn to maintain and measure various aspects of personal fitness and prevent injuries through effective exercise strategies. The curriculum teaches students to design personalized fitness programs using the FITT principle and understand the vital role of muscular fitness in health and wellness.

Learning Outcomes

By the end, students will be able to approach their health and fitness methodically, utilizing objective data to enhance their well-being, boost self-esteem, and mitigate health issues associated with poor fitness levels. They will also gain the skills to evaluate influences on physical activity and lifelong exercise preferences and examine the impact of cultural and media perceptions on physical activity.
