Structure of Writing
This course aims to help students master grammar and effective writing by focusing on the fundamentals of language structure. Students will learn about sentence types, punctuation, and grammar rules such as subject-verb agreement and tenses. The curriculum covers parts of speech, parallel structure, and how to craft well-structured paragraphs and essays.

Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, students will understand fundamental sentence structure, basic grammar rules, and parts of speech. They will be able to correctly use various punctuation marks, apply capitalization and spelling rules, and identify and rectify run-on sentences and sentence fragments. Students will also improve awkward sentence structures and develop a comprehensive understanding of the paragraph and essay writing processes.
